Shayne was once an Executive Director in Ernst & Young’s specialist team working with a wide range of business from entrepreneurial to large corporates, helping them to optimise the value of their businesses. 

He then left Ernst & Young and founded his own advisory business to provide the heart and soul of our economy (entrepreneurial businesses) with access to the specialist advice necessary to optimise the value of their businesses.

Shayne has since helped many entrepreneurial business owners throughout the Auckland and Waikato region and some examples are below.

He is unique individual and while his training is in finance and law, he is a savvy and experienced businessman with a highly entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to developing a number of businesses in his consulting capacity, he also invested in several businesses following the global financial crisis taking a more hands on role to significantly improve those businesses over the subsequent years.

Shayne is very action focused and rarely deterred by challenges (whether personal or professional) and is determined to get his share of fossil fuels by racing anything with a combustion engine before alternative forms of propulsion become the norm.
