Being more effective with your time is about much more than simply deciding how to “fit it all in the day”!  It really involves ensuring your team is able to communicate clearly and effectively, understanding how to delegate tasks so that they don’t end up back in your lap, and following a few simple techniques that, when implemented consistently, will allow you to claw back some time in your week so that you can re-allocate to those tasks that you KNOW are important but never seem to get off the back burner.

  • A TRULY effective delegation cycle and the crucial step that nearly everyone leaves out.
  • The top 10 daily distractions and strategies for managing them.
  • How to implement the Pomodoro Technique to get more done in less time.

This seminar will be run by Jennifer Myers.  Jennifer is an experienced workshop facilitator, having delivered hundreds of sessions.  She is energetic and interactive, so bring a fresh brain and an open mind.  She will provide workbooks, so don’t worry about bringing something to write on, unless you have a favourite not taking journal!
