In this practical workshop, crisis communication and PR consultant Dani Simpson will discuss the importance of having a crisis plan in place to limit financial loss and damage to your reputation, what a plan should cover, and how to implement it. She will also look at real-world examples of what ‘gold standard’ crisis communication looks like, some examples of what not to do, and she will provide plenty of tips and tricks when it comes to dealing with a crisis.
